Black Mountains Preserves Welsh Gin Lemon Marmalade is a preserve from our Luxury Collection, made by the open pan method in small cared for batches. Bursting with Citrus notes our Award Winning Welsh Gin Lemon Marmalade won a Bronze Medal in the Worldwide 2022 Marmalade Awards.

A tart and soft set marmalade full of zest and zing with the added luxury from our local Black Mountains Botanical Lemon Gin. So you get to enjoy a double hit of Lemon and extra aroma from the juniper berries added at cooking. Black Mountains Botanicals Welsh Lemon Gin is created in the shadows of the Black Mountains and made with the distilled waters of the Brecon Beacons National Park.
