Adele Nozedar

Adele Nozedar is an author, a food writer and a passionate forager. Her books include The Tree ForagerForaging with Kids, The Hedgerow Handbook, and The Garden Forager. Adele has led foraging walks in most parts of the UK as well as in Spain, Italy, Greece and India. She is the founder of Brecon Beacons Foraging, which offers regular courses designed to scintillate the senses and help us find the edible plants that are all around us.

Owen Sheers

Owen is an award-winning poet, author, playwright, and presenter. He is the author of two poetry collections, two novels, three verse dramas and multiple works for TV, film and theatre. Forthcoming writing projects include a BBC drama about the 2010 Climategate affair. He is currently chair of Wales PEN Cymru, Professor in Creativity at Swansea University and a co-founder and trustee of the Black Mountains College Project. He lives locally in the Black Mountains.

Grahame Davies

Grahame Davies is a multi-award-winning Welsh poet and author. His work as the author of 19 books in Welsh and English, including poetry, social history and psychogeography, has earned honorary Doctorates from Anglia Ruskin University, the University of Aberdeen, and the University of Wales, as well as the Wales Book of the Year Award. A former journalist, he was a Member of the Royal Household for 12 years, as Deputy Private Secretary. He is now Director of Mission for The Church in Wales.
