It's a Wow! Chopped and Diced with love our Black Mountains Preserves Proper Piccalilli is tangy and piquant. Made traditionally by hand and declared GOLD AWARD WINNING at the International Cheese Board Awards 2022.

Aromatic with peppery spices creating a jar just bursting with flavour and pickled tang. Bright sunshine in colour and full of crunchy fresh pickled vegetables. Initially made exclusively for the Cosy Cafe in Hay-on-Wye as part of their bistro-menu, it proved such a hit with customers that we just had to add to our collection so more of you could enjoy too!

Silver-skinned Onions (Water, Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Acetic Acid, Barley malt extract, Metabisulphite),

Gherkin (Gherkin, Water, Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Capsicum, Yellow Mustard seeds, onion, dill, firming agent(calcium chloride), black pepper)
