Achar means pickle. A stunning combination of Butternut Squash and Fennel with a real citrus hit from the Lime. This luxury artisan chutney is a tangy Asian pickle with a rolling heat from the ginger and chilli. Fresh Lime Juice and Zest added at jarring create a real taste sensation. Similar in texture to a coarse coleslaw. Fabulous on a simple BLT sandwich or pimp up a simple prawn salad with a couple of tablespoons of Asian Achar and mini capers!
