Black Mountains Preserves Welsh Rum & Black is made by hand in the traditional open pan method in small cared for batches and a Great Taste Award Winner. In the words of the 2024 Great Taste Award judges “This is a beautiful jam, the balance of the tartness and sweetness is very well judged. The intense fruit flavour is enhanced by the subtle presence of the Welsh Dark Skies Rum. A deep purple, glossy jam with generous blackcurrants, they burst in the mouth on eating” The Dark Skies Rum is created at the Welsh Dà Mhìle Distillery, Available as a single jar, or as part of our Luxury Welsh Collection gift sets.
